Solid expertise on network and security technologies (in particular and biometrics, electronic signature, privacy enhancing technologies, etc.) and on related policy issues (like data protection, cybercrime, etc.). Because of my involvement in R&D for critical infrastructure survivability and protection, I've developed a unique expertise in this domain, in particular with respect to CIIP and interdependencies.
My current interests are in public policies, business models and technologies for electronic identification, e-signature, electronic trust services and eGovernment.

Specialties: Nuclear engineer by background, I'v carried out postgraduate study in Artificial Intelligence. I'm deeply involved in defining and administering R&D programme on security and related policy activities.
