Raimo is head of the government’s citizen portal in Estonia. His passion is building a user friendly government by creating cross-department services focused on design and transparency. He’s a strong advocate for design thinking and ethics to bridge the gap between the government and its people.
Before moving to the public sector he worked in news publishing leading design teams and making information and news accessible for everyone.
